About the event
R U OK? Believe that a conversation could save a life, so we're having a conversation you can eavesdrop on. We're streaming The Vale Podcast live and having a few conversations with local people about their experiences battling mental illness, caring for someone with mental illness and what happens to those closest to victims of suicide.
This will be a two hour event with surprises, prizes, cups of tea and plenty of chances for you to ask questions. We may even have a visit from an R U Ok? ambassador.
